Customers need to provide detailed problem descriptions and relevant evidence such as photos and videos. After the company confirms that it is a quality problem, a full refund will be given.
  2. Dissatisfaction with service
    If customers are dissatisfied with the service we provide, they can submit a refund application within 7 days from the date of service completion. Customers need to explain in detail the reasons for dissatisfaction. The company will evaluate according to the specific situation. If it is indeed that the company’s service does not meet the promised standard, a corresponding refund will be given.
  3. Wrong order
    If customers place the wrong order due to operational errors or other reasons, they can submit a refund application within 2 hours from the time the order is submitted. After the company verifies that the order has not entered the processing process, a full refund will be given.

IV. Refund Process

  1. Customer submits refund application
    Customers should submit a refund application in one of the following ways:

    The company will review the application within 3 working days after receiving the refund application. The review result will be notified to the customer by email or phone.

  • If the refund application is approved, the company will return the refund amount to the customer’s original payment account within 3 working days.
  • If the refund application is rejected, the company will explain the reason for rejection to the customer.

V. Special Circumstances

  • Customized products
    For customized products, refunds are generally not accepted unless there are quality problems.
  • Products in promotional activities
    For products purchased in promotional activities, the refund policy may be different. The specific refund policy will be clearly stated on the promotional activity page or relevant promotional materials.
